How booking works

Sending the form is a booking request, not a confirmed booking. We reply by email within 24 hours to confirm availability, pick-up times and bike set-up. The booking is confirmed only when you receive that email.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT. Guided rides are priced per rider (Private Guided Day per group). Bike rental and photographer are optional extras. Multi-day discounts apply to the whole trip: 5 % from 3 days, 10 % from 5 days. Payment is made on the first ride day by card or cash, unless we agree otherwise.

Cancellation by you

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before each ride day. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full for that day.

Cancellation or changes by us

We may change or cancel a ride for safety reasons (weather, road closures, insufficient riders). In that case we offer another date or route, or you pay nothing for that day.

Level and safety

Riders must choose routes suited to their fitness and declare their real average pace. Helmets are mandatory. The guide may change a rider's group or route, or end their ride, for safety. Riders must follow traffic rules and the guide's instructions. Minimum age: 14 (younger riders on Private Guided Days only, with a guardian).

Bikes and equipment

Rental bikes are delivered in good condition and must be returned the same way. Damage caused by misuse may be charged. Riders using their own bike are responsible for its condition.

Insurance

We hold civil liability and accident insurance as required for active tourism companies in the Balearic Islands. We recommend riders also have their own travel insurance.

Photos

If you book a photographer, the photos are for your personal use. We will only use photos of you in our communication with your consent.
